New dwelling at Box

This new built detached dwelling replaced a dilapidated
1960’s extension to a nearby toll house. Solid masonry
construction with traditional robust detailing has achieved a
fine and durable home of high quality.
Bath stone and render facades with stone mullioned windows
compliment the dark natural slate roof and leaded casement

Internally a generous hall with oak staircase and flagstone
floor leads through oak boarded doors to sunny spacious
rooms. The character of this design pays homage to the
simplicity and lasting quality of the English Arts and Crafts
